What's going on guys?!
Over the past few weeks, I have been getting things organized so that this summer I'm able to launch 5 to 10 more brands. I am at the point where I need to focus on what I do best which is building stores, brands, and advertising. So I either need to partner with someone or outsource the whole product research side of it to someone else.
Hiring makes the most sense, but maybe, just maybe I'll find some knowledgeable people looking for a JV.
The situation:
I work full time as a Real Estate Agent and full time as a Server at a restaurant. I've also got a few SMMA/branding clients. The thing is that whenever I am not working, I am staying up to 3AM to build these ecom stores and as of right now it's a bitch to handle it all.
My ideal partner and what you'd do:
It's a requirement that my future partner(s) have experience with drop shipping. And not the type of experience where you tried and failed. I'm looking for those guys that we able to see a pretty nice profit of $2-10K/month but for whatever reason had trouble scaling from then on. Maybe you didn't have the right skills or knowledge of how the store should be set up, or of how to bring back customers via messenger. Maybe you didn't know how to spy on your competitors and break down exactly what apps they were using and how. Maybe you didn't understand pricing strategy and left a lot of money on the table. Maybe you got stuck in the store mindset and not the brand mindset. Whatever it was, I would like to work with you and fix those problems.
All I need from you is your ability to pick out great niches and even better products.
End Goal:
By the end of this summer if I am personally not making over $50,000/month, then I will be extremely disappointed. I don't plan to get it all done from one store or one partner so I can't guarantee your income. I just know that I will hit my goal so you probably want to be apart of whatever I am doing
Questions you might ask...
Do you just churn and burn stores?
Hell no! I'm trying to build real brands. As soon as we can, I will order all the products we sell myself and take professional pictures. If we need models, I live in the largest college city in the world and there is no shortage of beautiful people.
I'm a beginner, but I read all these guides and watched so many youtube videos. Can I work with you?
Nope! But take that momentum and start on your own. Maybe you can prove yourself useful, and who knows, you might not need me.
Why would anyone work with you when they can do it on their own?
Because 50% of something huge is better than 100% of something small. I am not afraid of sharing success, why are you?
Wow, you really think you can make $50,000/month by the end of summer? What a joke...
I guess we'll see who has the last laugh in a few months.
What if you don't find someone?
That's fine, I'll give it a few days and then probably hire some college kids for $20/hour
