Jarvee + Google Cloud

Hello everyone!
I wanted to set up a VPS to use Jarvee. I followed the instructions found on their website. They suggest Amazon's VPS, but unfortunately I can't receive a phone call to verify my account. I chatted with their customer service, but they don't know why I'm not receiving their call and unfortunately there is not other way to verify my account

Now I was searching for days for another option, but can't find something affordable or with a trial period.
I'm also worrying how difficult is to set it up?

As I went through posts on this forum, I saw that some users suggest Google Cloud which offers $ 300,- credit to try it out. Another affordable one was Aruba Cloud VPS priced at € 4.99,-

Anyone has experience with these two services? Are there any hidden costs? How difficult is it to set up everything?
I'm right now managing 4 Instagram accounts, doing only the basic stuff (F/UF, like, comment). Guess that won't use too many resources so I can go with a basic VPS plan?

Thanks for the advice I forgot to mention that I'm from Croatia. I hope it won't be a problem if they see a Croatian card and an US number?

I'm fine with paying for a VPS, but I'm looking for a cheaper option. I think AWS has a phone verification as well :/

Both are equally good and have almost identical pricing too.

Okay, thanks for the suggestions. Uhm...how difficult is it to set up everything and can I run it on my Windows 10 Home OS? Do I need a Win10 Pro??
