Not getting money when people sign up can have tons of reasons. Maybe the offer you are trying to promote is rev share which in that case you don't get paid on sign ups but paid when people spend money,

Redirect domain to an affiliate dating offer.

Download pics - so let's say ''teen selfies'' which is what I do

Put a watermark on the pics something like ''Chat her up at <DOMAIN>''

Re-upload pics to all porn sites I could find on google.
