Can I build a PBN for foreign Language site and just google translate everything from english (save money on content) and build a PBN like that? I read the foreign sites are less manual reviewed.

The Microsoft one is very good. I've used it before for same purpose you're looking for.

So if we can 100% make sure now, if you translate back and forth using Google translator, you will be catched? From your experience? Because this thing is a bit of myth around years...

You can use deepl to translate.. But its good to rewrite them if possible.

I think they store every translation, then simply compare them, no matter how many times you do it, if you do it on their translator they store a copy.
