Can just anybody explain to me how and why this website

is sold on FLIPPA - https://flippa.com/9747862-online-banking-org
for 30k USD? and how with such organic traffic its guaranteed to earn 1.5k a month?

Sorry if this belongs to someone here , but i am surprised seeing crazy bids going on flippa for "not so worthy" websites , is it that easy to sell there? or i am in the wrong boat.

The numbers ahrefs (or any other 3rd party tool) is showing can be way, waaaay off. The website easily can have a magnitude higher traffic. Also he may charge some of the banks listed a monthly fee, or they have aff programs for new clients. The name is pretty good too.

Santander pays £32 per new customer referral. I assume most of the other banks do the same.

At a 5% successful referral rate achieves over £2,000.

The Adsense adverts are also well placed for a click through rate on mobile.
