You'll need 10€ + the fees that PP takes from the one that receives the money so he'll have to give you a bit more than that.

A payment sender has up to 180 days to dispute the transaction. After which point, they no longer have that option.
However, if they have paid by card, they can still chargeback the payment at any point, even after a year in some cases.
Ok, but i have balance yo pay the chargeback, Will i need add bank number ? Or my money Will be reduced ? For example : i have 200€ and some one request a chargeback and win ( 50€ chargeback for example ) my balance Will be 150€ or i Will have 200€ on balance and i must pay by bank 50€

ffs, they will deduct everything in your account balance first, then will try to charge you via any payment method you added in your account.

let say i pay you £10 well %5 for paypal fee for the £10 to be sent.
£9.50 the person receves , unless you add the 50p with the tansaction of £10.
hope you understand .
paypal has diffrent fees for diffrent countrys .
if you want to send £10 free you can click a button friends and family and you send the whole payment over , but when using friends and faimily , you are not protected under no paypal protection ....
