Okay, i've bought quite some Niche sites made through BHW and most of it had failed me

All of them doesn't make me money even some promised with SEO optimized

So my questions is kinda straightforward here
1) If i order 3 Niche sites, once i got the website, i can just input ads and run? Without doing SEO, doing any changes myself?
2) If the website package doesn't comes with SEO package, do you guys provide it?
3) Any coupon for the 3 niche site package?
