Domain without DMCA / DMCA Ignored.

hey is .xyz safe from dmca? I ask abehost, and they suggest me to use it since my website doesn't host any thing, just linked to other site for copyright content.?
 
I can recommend offshore hosting for Hosting that ignores DMCA, I used Shinjiru once, and it wasn't bad and I had no DMCA problems.

Is not safe, the .org is most safest than .xyz

Make sure you buy the domain for this providers. Domain .org is OK, alternatives is .to, .cr, .is, .ru and .su

I have DMCA problems guys because of the copyright. and all my pages are disappear from Google. What is the offshore hosting u recommend guys to prevent that from happening again?

You can't prevent your pages get disappear from Google. It happens with a lot of pirated websites, that is URL being removed from search. You can't prevent or block that, because who does it, is Google and you can't do anything related with that.

Perhaps, your website still online and working, so I don't see any problem. Just buy a good domain to be easy remember, and the visits will comeback again.

You should worried is with your Hosting, not Google. Make sure you are in Offshore Hosting. Like I said YOU CAN'T prevent this from happening again because all websites with dmca content are removed from Google Search within days or hours.

.ninja seems to be the trend now, seems more reliable than other domain handles. or .io, .to, .is, .am, .ag is also a great option.

Shinjiru, That is legit? Before did you buy .co or .to, .cc, .io?

1. Should I go with Njalla or Shinjiru?
2. Njalla whois protection was free?
3. domain .co, .cc is safest? But .org and .ru was taken by owner sad so.
 
I would say .Ru is the best. Fmovies.to changed to ffmovies.ru
So you can already see where this is going

Ah that, but taken by the owner as well. I see that fmovie.to was moved to "ff"movie.ru, Hmm well. ffmovies.ru domain is from nic.ru. If I say that was possible ignore DMCA ".ru" isn't?

1. Njal.la is better than Shinriju just read Terms of Service, Privacy Police and compare them, you will see that Njal.la is better.

2. You can find this by searching in their site, but yes they offer whois protection (some domains doesn't allow to use whois protection), Like I said you can found this on their website.

Alright, I've created a support ticket from njal about whois protection & ignore DMCA like .co and .ru, .cc, .is, .to, .io. If they replied me. I will update reply to this.
