Summary
The review for this sales thread was fairly straightforward. As I didn't have a suspended eBay account for @Verificationguy to work on, the seller provided me with access to an email address linked to a previously suspended eBay account. I was able to confirm that the account was suspended and that the suspension was lifted.

i have a "UK ebay account" that got permanently banned a few years back, i can still make purchases and i have some decent feedback from doing so, but i just cant list anything to sell...if you can defo get the suspension lifted then let me know mate as i will purchase asap.

a suspension that old that has not been addressed in a couple years i would say there is a 50/50 chance of removal

paypal mention in their website that the limitation cannot be removed by phone...
do you have another method calling PP and remove limitation...

I have two South African paypal account ..first I was temporarily limited.. appealed and submitted documents .. both got permanently limited last month ..I have around $2500 in both paypal account ..if limitation can’t not be appealed ..withdrawing my money out is the priority .... Gaypal
