Wow that's a lot. Was thinking on using Payoneer. I wanted to get a Payoneer payment card.

I knew they were expensive but they are a necessary evil for many.

BTW that is 7.5% not 10.

so did the bank take it? I withdraw euro and had usd on payoneer......how can a scammy european bank take so much?

If you have a USD account and you use your card in another country than US, the ATM should ask you if you want to withdraw with conversion rate or not. Choose no conversion.

Not any worse than Paypal if you're not in the US. For one, PP takes like 2.5% of any payment you receive. Then they shave like 4 cents off the exchange rate when you're transferring to your bank account. On top of that, there is next to no protection for digital goods sellers, so any schmuck can claim they didn't receive what they paid for and PayPal will almost always take their side.

I get what you're saying, it's a high fee, but noting is worse than PayPal lol.

When you withdraw in other currency the bank is charging you, not payoneer, nothing you can do to minimise this

Currency conversion always gets expensive and they usually state how much extra when you insert foreign cards

Don't forget the exchange rate of USD to EURO that banks use may not be exact rate you used

Is this different for all countries ? They take much more than that for my transfers.

paypal never took anything......i withdraw the same ammount to my bank, there was no fee.....
but now I had to pay 7% and i selected to just keep it in usd and not convert at all in atm setting.....so I do not know who f....cuked me over, payoneer ot the local bank......

Sorry, that's for their USD to Canadian Dollar conversion. It's probably more or less for different countries, but it adds up to like 4%.

The difference is minimal, I tryed both options, just test different banks, some stole you more than others. Also I recommend to print or note your funds before withdrawing and after that do the math, maybe you'll avoid using that bank next time.

use their local bank withdrawal feature there is no fees on that i guess.
I have been using them for many years now, always using the ATM withdraw the banks also charge $3 per transaction of $200 plus payoneer charges $8 so thats $11 for every transaction. Now i am using the bank withdrawal which has 0 fees

Edit: my bad there is fees, although you can save $3 per transaction that the ATM charges.

In my country, they only take $15 flat fee when I withdraw to dollar-based bank account.
