For everyone account on instagram, (which is a lot) should it have its own unique domain with it taking you to the landing page? Or can every single account use the same landing page and domain, or would I have to buy in bulk domains?

You should be fine with 1 domain per 5 IG accounts. More than that is risky.

Keep in mind that you can't just redirect your domain to the landing page because IG's crawlers can follow automatic redirects.
