Summary
For the review, @Ryabinchik posted a URL provided by the original mod who was reviewing this service to 30 of their PBN sites. The details of the review are below.

Service Highlights

• Bots are blocked via the site's htaccess file.
• The backlinks of the PBN sites were originally checked by another mod. The sites have backlinks from The Guardian, Huffington Post, Forbes, etc.
• The domains were registered using a variety of different registrars.
• The sites were all using different nameservers (but there was one problem).
• All of the PBN sites were up and running when I checked them, used different designs/themes, and loaded quickly.

What Could Use Improvement

• The Excel report was very plain and contained only the links. The cell width wasn't even adjusted for the URLs.
• All of the sites were using CloudFlare and all of the domains are 7-8 months old.
