I need to build links to my landing page via blog commenting which I want to do at a rate of 70-100 per day. Will it negatively affect my SEO? Can google detect it as spam.

Can I use link shortner services to bypass this issue? I don't have a clue on this as I mostly work on white hat. Also, if I build links using link shortner services, will the page rank juice be passed to my landing page?

Please give me some suggestions on how to proceed with this.

Yes,
If you like to post about 70 comments each day, it will be very spammy.
You have to spread them out a lot. But anyway, be careful on what blogs you are adding your comments. Also have in mind, that most of the time, the blog owner have to accept your comments.
But try also to get real guest blog posts on high quality sites, this will help you a lot.

No actually I have created an ebook which I want to share and the best way which I think is to share it on blogs (google blogspot) where people write their stories. My ebook audience and their audience overlap. Their audience read their blog and the people who read blogs also read comments. So that is the reason

you can do blog commenting daily without issues. I would differ the text and I don't see any advantage if you shorten the link.

To escape from Google detetecting as a spam.

Don't post 70 or 80 comments in a day. It will become a spammy link.

Why bog comments? They seem spammy anyway unless you can control the number of outbound links which is not possible.

70 comments on a single page per day is too much and would be considered spammy.
