Guys whats going on? My websites are not working. Your customer support reply was a joke. Can't even login to the cPanel! I am literally losing thousands of dollar right now. Your live chat is online, but not replying? What the hell is going on??!

@AbeloHost closed my account for no reason.
I'm 100% sure it's a mistake on your guys part. Cause I'm not even hosting any "iffy" stuff + I paid for all my services.
When I try to contact support via live chat. Stefan joins the chat and leaves.
Skype no answer...

I see they are already making themself comfortable. I've worked with them almost three months and it happened to me too some hours ago allegedly for fraud and/or rules violence/nothing. Far away from a real offshore hosting. WIll look for something that's more heavy duty.

I'm trying 24 hours now to contact through Live chat with no luck and they don't reply to my tickets for more details.

Don't even try the live chat. They won't reply. One friend of mine just got his account on Abelohost suspended as well. They say its DMCA free, but now they suspend us cause of DMCA? Really? I didn't even have the chance to backup any of my 20 websites. They just suspended the account without any warning! Absolutely unprofessional and bad.
Refund us the money! Scammers.

I open a new ticket today asking my sites(files and DB) and they reply. They un-suspend the account to download everything.
You should try to open a ticket again (it was my 3rd).

We apologize for a short period of not replying to your messages. We've been switching to another ISP and cleaning our network of all illegal activity.
All clients that have been suspended have been notified. We've updated our ToS, which reads that we do not allow any pharmaceutical shops, which includes Viagra and the like. We also do not allow any hacks or cheats that take advantage of the younger demographic.
For the rest, we are still an offshore host as we were before.
