There is only one legitimate reason for a vendor to hold back the commissions of an affiliate.
The refund period.
If the refund period is 30days, the affiliate should be paid on the 31st day.
If the refund period is 60days, the affiliate should be paid on the 61st day.
If the refund period is 90days, the affiliate should be paid on the 91st day.
Once the refund period has ran out and the funds of the purchase are still in the vendor's account, there can no longer be any question of a fraudulent payment.
Therefore, the affiliate should be paid.
What if the vendor has a huge sales volume and does not want to waste his time making minuscule transfers to affiliates....
Let me tell you, such concerns about minuscule transfers are null and void.
After a certain number of days, affiliates need to get paid, even if, they only have $1 in their account.
Yeah, I completely understand.
In our program what we are selling is services, Immigration Services.
So there are cases of refunds. so we do want to make sure the affiliates get what he needs to, always.
More than that, we are not an affiliate network, we are an in-house program, so there are some cons and pros in that.
This is the way we pay, to some of our affiliates which have proven their stability we can make bi-weekly payouts.
But if you will talk with our active affiliates I think you will find 100% satisfaction from their side.
Because We give them everything they need, we here for them and we consider them as partners with us - working together in order to make more money.
We always pay and always before the pay date.
We believe we manage to make this program a great one.
The payment is an important thing in our world, maybe the most important - but the small things that bring our affiliates to be able to earn it, is what we put emphasis on.
