On April 4th instagram changed theirs API policy and improved a lot of anti spam algorithms.
Now after moving account to the new proxy its important to warm account a bit more - first couple days run account with 100-200 actions. On day 3 u can already run it with aggressive settings.

Also instagram aded some changes or maybe its bug with the posting option.
in case u want to post single photo - u have to run account with some actions (follows/likes) and start posting only on 4-th or 5-th day. But there are no issues at all with posting albums. U can start posting even on first day !
