What kind of hosting plan do I need for a site with the following stats

Daily visitors: at least 15k
Pageviews: Don't think it matters but 2.5

The traffic peaks and dies down eventually right before the next peak.

Cheap? Or you can pay more than 50$ per month? Which is your budget?

Do you need support? Do you have knowledge of Linux Management and Administration?

Well, if you want something cheap and unmanaged go with ovh.com and hetzner.de, web hosting won't work. Go with dedicated server it will be better and your website will be more stable on dedicated server than Web Hosting Shared.

If you want something managed, I could suggest you Hetzner.de, Softlayer, Limestonenetworks and keyweb.de

I don't mind paying $50/m only thing that matters is accesibility to the domain, without crashes or long loading

But do you have knowledge about linux management? Install panels and configurate? This is important, because if you don't know can be a headache for you.

What's your website, simple blog, or ecommerce?

Ecommerce

No, yes and yes.

Go with Hetzner.de, choose Managed Server just search in google "Hetzner.de Managed Server" and you will find it, they have a stable network. You will need at least 4GB RAM, 8GB is very fine and confortable.
If you will host a lot of websites, you need to have at least 16GB RAM.

You can buy ISPManager if you want, is cheap. If you don't worry to pay more you can go with CPanel is easy and very user-friendly to use and manage.

I highly recommend, Hetzner they have a good network around Europe, they are very stable. And their support are a quite friendly and fast than others. Usually they reply within 2 hours.

If there is no more than 20 people in on your site with something in cart concurently, you can go pretty cheap like 10€ vps and full page caching

I use HostGator they are by far the best value and deals with unlimited space, bandwidth, email, sql servers, I recommend them

Unlimited has a limit.
My hosting is also unlimited but I use too much resources. So they just suspend my account. Until I change traffic source or go dedicated

They are a nightmare and will never do anything other than offer cheap hosting for noobs who buy on price.

Have you spoken to @HudsonWebServices to see what they can do you a deal on a server, @Stewielenor as Jake is a good guy who looks after his clients.

You are not saying if the website is static or dynamic (aka wordpress)

For ~620 visits per hour you should go with at-least 2GB RAM VPS ( 4GB suggested) for wordpress (or similar) site.

For static site you should be fine with 1GB

That would cost you anything between 20 - 40$/mo

Cheers

Wordpress was getting daily 10k UV. But half of them were bots.
