So it late where I live, and I'm sleepy, but I have a question.
Is it possible to hire a stalker somewhere online?
Now before you call the police... let me justify my question. I have no hate or vendetta against anyone; however, I feel like having a stalker on hand seems like a powerful resource to use. (._.) Just trust me, no hate, no hate....
To clarify, I mean a stalker as in someone who can find all the information on another person (i don't care how they do it); they just do it without the victim noticing (and do it through legal means, nvm i don't give a fuck how they do it). Also, they are able to scare the shit out of the target somehow, like sending spooky shit ;-; or something; like telling the victim that they know where they live and shit (btw is this even legal?).
I've seen gigs on fiverr that do this, but I ain't trusting them and they're probably not professionals.
Like, I want someone who spends time learning his victims and scaring them so they get nightmares. A pro.
TBH, I've been watching them Anonymous trolling videos on Youtube, and sure it's a prank call (not really , but the guy ain't really associated with a\Anonymous), but damn the guy is a pro in instilling fear in his victims. I just want to know if there's anyone to hire like him, just in case I come across some bully and a bully victim where I could dispatch retributive justice... or just scare some of my friends ;-;.
