IG Manual Follow/Unfollow - tips please!

I'm working on building up my own personal/brand IG and I want to do it manually.

I've already had issues with the algo after botting and using engagements groups so I don't want to take any risks with my account - losing it would be a nightmare!

I'm happy putting the time in, seeing what gets posted and how it's received is good research for me anyway.

I'm doing a bit of manual follow/unfollow, but it's tricky to avoid repeatedly following the same people since fans of my niche (female fitness) tend to follow a lot of the same channels

Any tips on this please?

Is there a way that can help without automating the following/unfollowing?

Bots like jarvee won't follow the same people.
Just use bot with slow settings.

Thanks @BvIDz I'm pretty nervous about botting though after being spanked by the algo before and would prefer to keep it manual. I guess there's no way around following the same people this way though!
