According to that method yes you can. Just edit the link you want to index in the sitemap-video.xml

This method was awesome before the update. Most Pages got indexed instantly, but now it doesn't work for me anymore.

I've been using search and render in Search Console. Fetch site as Googlebot then submit url. 99% of the time after doing this my new page can be found in the index within seconds. Has been working without fail but initially when this post was made by the OP the submit function was not working. It is now however.
