Well to create it is pretty simple not sure where you guys looked

- sites.google.com
- Create new site
well rest is self explanatory

It will likely eventually get taken down but just another parasite

I already tried that several times. It seems to me that the site listed above was created with custom html and not with the wysiwyg editor.

Well, I have sites on sites.google.com and they are up and running since 4 months now
I was talking about using them on adwords as shown in that screenshot. I attempted to use it for running a ppc campaign but it didn't allow the url at all.

It's called parasite, People make Google Site and some backlink on that link and boom, It will rank because of it already high authority site it's google property.
