Amazon affiliate, email marketing ( Black Hat Way )

Hi, this is my first post on the black hat world, i'v been working on amazon affiliate program for 4 months now, i don't have a website or something like that to get traffic from, i just use a black hat method to gather emails related to my niche, and send them a lot of messages at once, this method works but not perfect, i get about 200 - 300 clicks on link after sending 2600 emails ( every day ), until now i have made 2 sales, but i want to ask experts on amazon affiliate marketing, is this method illegal? if so how i can gather emails related to my niche the right way and is it possible to keep working like that without having a landing page containing the products, thanks in advance.

You do realise they check after three qualifying sales, you'll be banned soon

I don't think it's legal, so you should be aware of that. + from what I know Amazon Affiliate program pays little commissions (2% or less per sale), so I'm not sure it's worth it. If you want to play that way, better find products with higher payouts, so i'ts actually worth your while. Good luck!

I didn't know that they will check after the third sale, thanks for the information i guess i will try some other affiliate sites

If your emails include links directly to Amazon thru will ban you.

i have a good programming skills, so what about if i created a php script to redirect the visitor to my product after a 5 seconds, also gather his ip and his user agent in order to track the results, is that will be ok? and thanks for your reply

Just build a WordPress site, a lot safer. They'll want to know where your sales are coming from
