An Amazon Affiliate site, 4 months old, Didn't do any shit about I just found some extremely easy keywords with high buyer intent, Built the site with a brandable domain name, Targeted those keywords, Built few links .. the site did $200 in the third month and $250 in the fourth then I flipped it with $3500.

I'm not saying I flipped it with a huge amount of money, I just want to say that those $3500 didn't take from me literally more than few days of upfront work.

where did you sell it ?

can anyone name some websites like https://www.flippa.com.

where did you sell it ?
Through an SEO group on Facebook.
I also told the seller that this is a brandable domain which you can take it to the next level and I will provide you with other easy keywords, I'm busy with other businesses etc..

Flippa is good for less than $500/m sites.
However, If you didn't pay for the featuring option you're less likely to have a good sale.

If you're above $500 then go with Empireflippers. They're more professional, better and have real serious buyers.

I've found that selling sites on places like FB, CL, Forums are much easier than Flippa and you get a better $ for it as well.

Nice move.

my dropped domain is 1400 now... if you want to register

Yes, exactly.

I just posted that I want to sell a site in X niche and making $200/m, and got over 15 messages.

However, If I will sell a site making +$1000 then I will go with Empireflippers.

you are really smart

Thanks, you should say some stuff and provide some extra bounses for the seller so you can take a higher offer.. I also remember that I told him a have a solid plan for the growth of this site.. Specially that site was a 4 months old only so I wanted to put extra bounses as much as I can to sell it...

A person did got Google.com domain for $12 and was given $6006.13 as reward for this.
Yeah but he was an employee i believe so prob wanted to keep his job (+ promotion) and took a small reward.

He was an ex-employee.
Prob got a big payoff then for the domain....but they publicly claim a different amount! No one is selling that gor $6k USD, unless he had something in his contract even as ex employee...eg non compete...and buying their domain is breaks that.
