99% sure skaype is giving you trouble. Search on youtube "100% disk skaype issue" that should solve it.

And to op, disk being at 100% could be a lot of things.
Start by looking in task manager, performance monitor, check the disk tab and look at what processes are using the most disk resources.
Check event log> system as well and look for disk errors (it could be caused by bad sectors on the disk).
If that doesn’t shed any light, next step is to let us know the spec of this machine and also an idea of what you are running on it.

Run an antivirus scan if you haven't already, I've worked on similar issues on computers at my old job and a few times there was some sort of malware involved.

Maybe your pc has virus. There are some softwares hidden running. That's why your pc going slow. You should use anti-virus software for your pc
Good chance your drive is failing. Run a disk check and see if your drive is okay. If it is failing you need to replace it ASAP otherwise you will lose your data
