Youtube Video Ranking Problem

I m trying to earn money using youtube and ogads.I learned that people rank their videos by buying views from smm panel.So i tried same and used top4smm panel for that.For 1st video i bought 20k views and for second video i bought 5k views,and i got nothing ranked and wasted the money.My question is anything other i need to do to rank youtube video.I uploaded video after creating channel in aged account,And video was game hack niche.My youtube video is even not showing in search result even with low compititon.
Plz any youtube expert help me.Any other step also needed?

Did you check your competition? How many views do the videos have that rank highly?
Did you buy that aged account? if so are you sure it wasn't blacklisted (and therefore sold)?
Did you set up the description, title etc. according to your keywords? Did you name the video file appropriately before uploading?
Is it in the right language? Do you offer subtitles? Does it not infringe on any copyright?
There are so many parameters there that you might have done well or not so well, it's hard to say without seeing it.

But generally, if you create a good video for a not too competitive niche, it will rank all by itself, you don't have to pay for views.
But if you are in a highly competitive niche, then it's very likely that your competitors have many more views than 20k

By far the most important thing for ranking a yt video is picking the right keywords. Only when you have them, then buying views gets you ranked.

Did you do keyword research? Have you researched the competition? Do they use the same keywords or similar?

Let me understand this: you got a channel suspended and then simply started another channel with the same account?
You've answered your own question I believe.

Unfortunately I have no clue whatsoever what ogads are. As others and myself have already indicated: check the competition. That will give you some hints

Just to be clear, I was referring to YouTube competitors, i.e. people uploading videos for the same keywords.

I wasn't referring to competition in OGads - how would you even define that? People who post the same offers to the same target groups?
People who lock the same content?
