It not Okut, it's Orkut.com. About 50% of its usage is from Brazil , 19% from India and 17% from USA.

depends on the niche. but for almost everything it sucks major d*ck.

Its already spammed like hell with make money offers.. none works.. even the company which these spammers promote on orkut are literally scamming then .. hahah
