Help Finding a Good Writer

So what is the best places to find writers?

https://www.blackhatworld.com/forums/content-copywriting.194/ and check the reviews, check the pricing.

Other freelance platforms if you have time to check dozens of samples.

Depends on budget, how soon you need these and are you looking for a long term relationship with the same writer or just want content ad-hoc ?

There are many writers on BHW who produce brilliant articles. I would recommend trying a few out, and getting an idea of the quality of the work to begin with. Once you have found ghost writers who are able to construct content in the way you require, then you can "scale up", finding content which you would like on your blog, and getting these contacts to produce it. It is key to ask the right questions too (e.g. will it pass copyscape).

I tend to get articles written, and then try to rewrite the content in my own style - this is good because its usually difficult to get started writing a blog post, but if the ghost writer has already done the research for you, rewriting it should be a piece of cake.

Thanks, I understand

Look at their portfolio (or whatever they gave you as example) and specially the way they write, try consuming their articles as a client and you will have a good notion of what they are offering.

My best writers I've found in iwriter. Its hit or miss but if you get lucky a native writer gets assigned to your project. When you do get a good native writer, make sure to save them for future assigned projects.

How much are you paying for those good writers?

If you are going to purchase articles on Fiverr or another cheap source, you might want to consider signing up for Grammarly Premium.
