I was the first one to order this service on BHW. And here's my honest review about it.
Communication: 9/10 - OP is responsive on Skype and is more than willing to answer any queries that you may have about the service.
TAT: 10/10 - I was given three different keywords (niches) to choose from within 24 hours of placing the order. He sent me some exact match domains a day later, logos were given on time and the final website was provided well within the advertised TAT. So, no complaints there.
Design: 6/10 - The design of the final website was.. well... less than satisfactory. While the overall theme and appearance are ok (not great), the images used in the blog posts haven't been resized, which has caused the main layout to appear jumbled. To be fair to him, he offered revisions. But I thought I would be able to do it faster. It's not a biggie. But I expect a $200 service to cover this as it's a fairly simple thing to do.
Content: 1/10 - This is where this service started to go downhill. Even though he's advertised that all his content is written by native English writers, I wasn't expecting native English quality to begin with. But the articles that are provided on the site are not even readable. They are pathetic. I can post a few sentences from them if need be. They are just plain gibberish that dont make sense. I complained about this to OP. But he reverted that ' All my articles are well researched and copyscape free'. This went on for a while. But it was evident that there was no attempt to revise the content like he offered to revise the design.
Overall 5/10: The idea behind ordering a service like this was to get someone to do the keyword research and website design with a little readable filler content thrown in, while I could expand the site by adding more content to it gradually. As of now, I am stuck with a mediocre looking website that has 10000 words that need to be rewritten first. Content that has almost zero chances of converting because it reads like its spun using software.
Is the service good value for $200? I dont think so. Will I order it again? I wont.

To the OP. It's a shame that you didn't even respond to such a review, right inside your thread.
So some questions arise, on which I'll be happy to receive answers right here in the thread, not by PM.
What's with the content? why is your client so unhappy? Quality of the content on a sample website which you provide, differs from the actual?

Design: Design was totally custom design, not any plugin used. And I asked you for revision but you didn't do. Okay, so show your site here and ask 100 people and they will rate my design. If all say my design is poor so I will close my thread.
Content: Your review makes me LoL. really 1/10 ? I can grantee my articles are well researched, quality and copyscap free. If anyone can say articles are poor I will quit my thread. I can show 100+ positive reviews of my very recent clients and all are happy with my content and service.
And is the service good value for $200? I dont think so. You are right. just search on google "amazon niche site building service". if you get any service under atleast $500 just show me, I will quit.
I am not afraid with your review. I know my quality and all my clients do. Thanks for your time.

1) what do you call high-quality content? in your original post, you mention that it's very well formatted, done by native speakers. So reading this, I'm getting ready to get some highly engaging articles, which is one of the most important aspects of amazon conversion. copyscape free? what year is this? copyscape doesn't measure the quality, it only gives us the uniqueness. An article can be of low quality and still pass copyscape you know.
2) under 500$? There are plenty of services right here on BHW, you don't even have to use google.
