I know I'll catch some hate for this but it's just fact.

I've seen a couple of posts, the most recent of which was a thread today, where comments were made that BHW used to be a tight knit community and members felt better about posting quality stuff, and now most of that is gone.

Now granted, I haven't been here near as long as most of the respected members, but this forum is just too good to let noobs in, it's just not fair to everyone who really is here to help each other make more money.

I had all this stuff prepared for JR VIP and then I realized that it would all be sold in an ebook in five minutes like HaRRo said because a lot of people in there haven't contributed anything of value, they just pump up their post counts to get in.

I feel very fortunate to have access to VIP but that community is definitely very small.

I think we can all agree that there is no forum like BHW, the first day I finally checked it out I couldn't believe the tools, strategies and intelligent discussions everyone has access to.

BHW is worth $500 a month easily especially when you factor in that a more tight group would allow people to express some better stuff and not worry that 10,000 people will be doing it tomorrow.

I think BHW deserves the money to provide such quality content. I also think every thread should be kept from the search engines, not to mention that is how 98% of members find the forum because they are searching for something free, and of course it's always on BHW .

I realize a lot of people are going to disagree, because well a lot of people here are noobs, but a few bad apples spoil the bunch, and a little quality control would be a big help in taking out the trash.

I wouldn't worry, I doubt Dave will ever switch to paid because he's a cool guy like that, I guess I just wanted to give my opinion since it seams that retards are on the rise here as more and more free product threads are indexed and suck in all the ass clowns looking to make a quick buck.

I think there should be some different level of membership. Like VIP membership should be offered for 100$ per month and proven credentials.
As of now people can just post thanks or similar comments to reach to 200 comment level to get VIP membership.

word to that, i think BHW should be like a invite only type thing. you can come here then you have to make a topic of why you should be accepted and what you can offer and let the members vote on who should be allowed in.

no Nitin, that is for JR VIP, there are only 19 people in VIP. There are changes in the works for JR VIP requirements.......I dont think it should be private.......perhaps another forum can be created where there is something like what your talking about.

There's a lot of valuable information here, much more than on any other forum. Here you can find good recent tips & tricks that will make you some money. Where in other places you just find old tricks that aren't working anymore, which is why people are sharing them, usually for a fee too. $500 a month would be a little too much though. And even then there will still be people just profiting from others.

That's a nice business model btw. Find people with content, bring them together and let them pay for it.

I can tell you this much: if you charged $500 a month, you would find out really quickly just how many liars there are on these boards. A lot of the people talking about making good money on a daily basis would be disappearing. That said, in a certain way, I totally agree. I've decided not to post a number of white papers and articles in the public forums or on Jr. VIP because I'd at least like to have someone accurately attribute the information to me if they're going to be reselling it.

I also probably wouldn't pay $500 a month to visit a site like this unless I saw who was actually capable of paying to play. If there were only 5-10 dudes left, that $500 could be much better spent somewhere else.

To put it into context, I've got enough money in the bank to put a nice down payment down on a nice house. $500/month would cover a decent chunk of a mortgage. Am I really willing to pay that much to be involved in a fraternity of dudes (and maybe snowwhite?) I've never met? Especially with all of the bullshit about people stealing from other people and mods stealing donations, etc. I don't know.

Interesting idea though.

i think the requirement for Junior VIP should be based on the number of thanked that they gotten. Having the thanked simply means how much a person has contributed to the forum. don't you guys think so?

I don't think it should be limited just to thanks but that should be high on the criteria for letting people in.

It is quite easy to see the guys who post just to get their numbers up but sometimes in the lounge people are just messing about and one-off comments are acceptable. and appropriate

I would love to get into the vip area and discover the types of discussions that are going on.

certainly outside of the vip section it is much easier to add value if you are technically minded, in my opinion so the thanks can come easier especially if you are giving away a piece of software.

Here is what i have liked as of fairly recent with the direction that the forum seems to be going in .

There has been a few respected members steping in on some tactics that are being offered or sold ,to reasure us that it the real deal .There has been way to many people being scamed on this forum and that burns my ass.

Also there has been 2 people that have offered awesome tactics for free to a few select members to be a part of. Nevarc and Wealthy199 are 2 of them there might be others i don't know . These two people have only allowed a few select people that they hand picked that they could trust with what they had on the table for those luckey chosen few.

I think that the way it should be hand pick who you beleive could be trusted , that way it it is leaked you know it was one of those chosen few and it's a lot easer to track who done it.

This will stop a lot of the Noobs from coming in here and stealing and reselling , killing that tactics. EG. The last one that wealthy released he only allowed 3 people in cuz he said it would get saturated. Now if he had given it freely the tactic would have been dead already and it's it only been less than a week that he had given it out.

I do not think that the forum will EVER go as a paid membership only, and also, selecting users on the basis of how much they pay is quite unfair in my opinion.

The VIP - executive VIP - section is truly composed of highly selected members- less than 20 as of now- and there is a pretty good medium for real make money discussion. The only issue is that all the VIP members already make a lot of money, so they are not so enticed to share ideas, discuss new techniques or such, exploit new opportunities to make money, as most of us are already financial independent.

People say: there will always be leechers on the forum, bla bla bla, there is nothing you can't do. Well, actually there is something we - the veterans - can do: we can stop sharing ideas and methods but this will harm not only the leechers, but also the good hearted people.

In the past, i knew much less than i know now, i made much less money than i make now, but i shared much more ideas than i do now. Now, when i really have much more experience in making money, i ceased to post when i saw people from this forum taking my reports, or Harro's threads, or Wealthy199 ideas, or a lot of other members contributions and sold them on dp.

I got pissed off and stopped sharing. I - along with others seniors members- have a lot of money making methods that are useless to us, and useless to be shared in the vip area where everyone knows them, but could be golden advice for newbies who could make easily 100$ per day.

Great post Nick. That's totally what I've seen. The people who need the info are stuck in the crowd of leechers and scammers.

There's only one way to get respect - earning it. The way the forum works now is fine in my opinion. I think keeping the full VIP locked down to only the most trusted members is great, and there's Junior VIP for the up and comers to show what they've got.

Money shouldn't be an issue except maybe to get download rights. That way the forum owner at least gets something in return from any leechers who might be desperate to download a share.

If this is really the "wild west" of cyberspace (a tag line I'm liking more and more) then the rules of the street prevail and can't be bought. They have to be earned. Contribute and help people, then you can get approved into Black Hat World "aristocracy" (that aristocracy thing was a joke...I actually really respect the VIP members and the forum leaders.)

I'd agree that the criteria for JR VIP should be way higher. Post count means nothing, time on the forum means nothing.

The number of thanks playing a roll makes sense as a part of it, but HaRRo's thread fucked that a little sorry HaRRo, thanks to every noob now getting 100 thanks just by posting in the "worlds biggest thank you thread".

It would probably be good to get voted into JR VIP kind of like they do with VIP, except the qualifications wouldn't be as high.

I would also offer that the downloads section and request section be totally moved to VIP and blocked from the search engines and leechers.

Just changing those minor things could make a decent difference in the quality of people on the forum each day, and allow a larger group of members who know each other a little better to post quality content.
