Because I have not received a response, I am following up on my email - sent to [email protected] on Tuesday, 3:09am PST, over 48 hours ago - with a copy here on your thread.

"Please refund the added amount of $10.00 from my deposit with Transaction ID 53C64753G5830193V. I added funds with intent to place orders for Followers, both mixed and high quality. After attempting three orders (IDs: 824534, 824535, 824806), all three were cancelled.

My understanding is they were cancelled because the service is unavailable. The site stated my order would process automatically and start instantly or the same day. There was no indication the service was unavailable when I added funds, and I would not have added funds had I known the service was unavailable.

Therefore, because I cannot place my intended order, I request the $10.00 be refunded to my PayPal account immediately.

Thank you for your time and understanding."

Furthermore, it appears others who ordered followers on Twitter have not received them. I advise that you remove the statement on your website that declares the order is automatically processed and will start instantly. Whether intentionally or carelessly made, your claim is deceptive.
