What exactly are you asking here? You can see the sites for sale there and base the estimated price you can get for one site with similar features on those.

if you are trying to sell on flippa, you might want to back it up with some traffic and earnings numbers or you might not get more than 50 $ for a starter site IMO

lol good one, but please read my comment again. I said, you might want to back it up with earnings and traffic numbers (don't necessarily have to be genuine, just back what you state and you can get some backlinks too in the mean time or buy an expired domain with backlinks) . Two months is a long period if you are just trying to make things up instead of making them work genuinely for you.

You can make social media management tools like Hootsuite, Buffer.. , then you can sell it on fiverr , flippa, freelancer,... and get money. People need these tools to manage their social media accounts
