I am planning to increase organic traffic trought instagram (bot, follow/unfollow, like) faceboook (follow/unfollow, likes)

I don't know how to build backlink to website. I can I build them without to pay for a service?

Which tool should I use to search for low competition long tail keywords?

I recommend you to start reading about SEO as much as you can. BHW is a great place for it since you can find a lot of useful threads. Here I found answers to every question related to SEO I had. Simply read as much as you can.

Tools will show how often these keywords are used, however, to see the real competition it's always better to check SERP manually: you might see that SERP is full of high-authority sites that haven't even used those keywords for SEO, so targeting these keywords would be pointless.

If a lot of high autoriy websites don't use my low competition long talis keywords (related to my niche) won't this be an advantage for me, this way I can rank my website with long tail keywords that the competition isn't using?

Well, if you have patience to build an authority website using those long-tail keywords than yeah, go ahead
But if you want quick results, then it's really hard to be in TOP of SERP if you have sites like Forbes there
