It all depends on available time and resources. However, I think its better to spend time on quality than quantity, although I've seen adsense site that are doing good with crappy, low value content because they got their SEO right.

Go on Flippa and look for profitable sites monetized with adsense to see what works. See how they structure their content and use keywords.

Go to BuzzSumo and look for popular content in your niche.

Use Kwfinder, keywordtool.io, Google Keyword Planner, Ahrefs to find easy to rank related keywords.

Create your content using those keywords .

Build backlinks to your content. Quality sites will not link to you unless you have quality content yourself and you can offer something of value for their readers.

Not sure what art is your niche, but if its digital art and you create the art, use social sites to get exposure. Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest or Deviantart, Dribbble, Behance all great places to share visuals.

no tools , I want to do everything manually to keep the account as safe as possible and avoiding being blocked and my website flagged penalized

Yes Flippa is an auction site. Most sites that are for sell are public. Search for the ones that are monetized with adsense and are making money. Those sites are successful at the same thing you want to do, which is making money with adsense. Reverse engineer what they are doing to see what tactics they are using. This is not to find keywords but to see how other people create adsense sites.

You just need proper and unique content with keywords just focus on this you will get excellent traffic
