Especially when one is selling a report on a popular subject that already has hundreds of FREE reports online.

If you can't back it with proof, I'd say that it's not worth $10.

The claim you made "$100,000 Under 24 months", should be backed up with proofs in the thread. Such guides are available for Free everywhere and there is no difference with this if you don't provide any proofs.

True. Simply Google Passive Journal or Khalid Farhan, hopefully you will get a few guides out there. Anything can be rigged to be honest in these days. People manipulate screenshots and even videos. I am sure if you read the book, you will find it valuable and if it is worthless, that's what the refund policy is for.

I get doing your due diligence. But if you would take the time to do some searching, I think you will find enough info out there. If not, it's only a $10 investment and that's not really much I'm the grand scheme of things. And as OP said, that's why there is a refund policy.

Yes, you can. Amazon doesn't ban accounts. They just close it. You can use the same email to open another account, however, you will have to change all the affiliate links of site (you will have new links and store id).
