Summary
For the review, @anis12 sent me the login credentials (and then some) for a stealth MailChimp account. After reading the detailed instructions he sent me, I successfully sent out a campaign following the instructions and, despite receiving abuse reports, the account was still up and running with no issues.

Service Highlights

• I was sent the login information, security questions, and detailed instructions on using the account correctly to avoid getting banned. As a buyer, you'll be sent similar information, which you'll have to read before you can buy the account.

Anyways this looks interesting and something I would probably need like right now even though onesignal did release their email platform (and its free). Waiting for reviews.

No you will not get ban for getting many abuse reports even if your list is uploaded (no op-tin )
