You need to consider an VPS. Shared hosting will not work for you in the case. Obviously you need to find an host that is DMCA ignored. Wish you the best of luck there.

Yes, we are in the process of opting for an offshore vps hosting service. However we haven't decided which provider it will be as yet as we have to be certain that when traffic increases and concurrent users increases by ten fold the server can scale up and manage.

Expensive will be, but is to get a good space, not for dmca ignored. You can find a lot of dmca ignored hostings very cheap, the problem is the space you will need. That's what will cause it being expensive.

Russia have a lot of providers that ignore dmca and they are cheap with dedicated servers, Ukraine also is a good choice.

Netengi.com can handle with that, and they aren't to much expensive, only if you need a huge space, clearly the price will increase. But they aren't expensive lol.

Thank you all for your suggestions, we realize it would cost us dearly to run those servers and yes vps is limited in disk space but we are working on an adult/porn site as well that should garner good traffic and that give us a good payout through ads, then we can spend some good money on getting the right offshore hosting for music streaming.

This is not only depending on Locations. Russia does not mean DMCA ignored anymore if i am not wrong. It depends a lot on the provider.

Like Koddos is a provider who ignores DMCA if i am not wrong but hosting located in the Netherlands.

Maybe you know any direct provider who can ignore Abuse report fully? Because many are claiming to be Offshore and offshore does not mean 100% DMCA ignored.

Just for other's info - DMCA Friendly and DMCA ignored are not same at all.

Also privatelayer is watched by MPAA, BREIN because they ignore all complaints of DMCA.
