Maybe it's worth to make new BHW design, it would be more modern than this. I feel little like in 2000-2010 on BHW.
You don't need to spend money BHW, just make a contest for the best theme. I am sure, there are dozens of talented designers here.

This design is good and match the name blackhatworld
And there is a white theme option also
I don't think its worth the time and effort to change the whole design of the forum

Are you saying you have an issue with the colour scheme, the layout, or both?

I think it was explained a couple of times before that implementing design changes isn't as simple as changing a theme. Any redesign would also have to take the white theme into consideration as well.
