1) Yes they do

2) Very effective

3) Just as good

4) We do more of a "re-write" type of thing. What we do is we first research your niche/keywords and then we write a bunch of articles. Then we use special synoyms to make many more. All of them pass CopyScape, are readable, better than market average quality and have never had issues with Google Updates with them.
