What do you consider a lead? An email submit? Or Phone no. submit? Or submission of all the contact details, like, email, phone, address, age etc.?

Yeah!
The minimum payouts are €200 because if you know what you doing the chance you will get to that point very fast is very high.

I'm considering a lead:
A user that get to one of our website pages (landing page) and fill in is contact details in the contact form.
- Name.
- Email.
- Phone.

That's it.

What are the payment methods?

When you say, you work with PPS and PPL - do the same leads, when converted to a sale result in additional payment? What is the average cost of a sale?

P.S - Fix the above image, it has that "I am guessing that".. line twice.
 
I will start this but all leads are rejected
Show the pic I think it's not batter (I will run adword PPC with their country list) but eric said it's all lead come to different country.

Adblock is blacklisting your urls, i guess your links got abused a lot, your website loading speed is too low & sales page are not well optimized, however, would like to join if you can provide content about what you are offering.

It'sCanadaTime is around 3 years old.
We based in Toronto, and we have few more branches around the world.
*Our services in Online.

The payment method is flexible, first, the minimum amount is €200 (with at least one sale)
Currently, our affiliate gets paid by PayPal, Skrill and Xoom.

Regarding the 3 question, yes.
You get paid for verified leads, and for sales.
We have 3 country lists :
Top Class - €3 per lead
Middle Class - €1.5 per lead
Low Class -0 - Low Class are countries that the Lead-TO-Sale ratio is extremely low, and our Immigration Experts don't even call them so they Worth nothing for us.

But anyway, if lead become a client you get the commission for sale, no matter which country (He can make self-deposit on our website, starting the process by himself)

*The average cost of a sale (from our affiliate) is €400 so the average commission that you get is €60 for sale in the beginning (it can get higher with time and performance).
The client's payments are between 200-950 as a first deposit.

And your leads are getting rejected automatically probably because they are Low Class.

Hey @Setox , first of all sorry about the delay.

Second of all, thank you very much for the review, all ways want to hear the opinion of people from the industry.
About the loading speed, we don't familiar with that, but we have a full marketing and developer team, so if an adjustment needs to be done it will.
Regarding the sales page, yeah we working on it and working on optimizing it all the time, if you have any specific suggestions feel free to offer, besides that, you can build your own awesome landing page or even a white label website, and promote it everywhere you want.

€200 is too high.
I want to get paid, regardless of the amount.
I join an affiliate network to make money. Any amount I make belongs to me; regardless of how small the amount may be. The affiliate manager has got no business with-holding my money.

It is completely irrelevant whether this is a scam or not.
Such business practices of withholding the monies of affiliates; until, an arbitrary threshold is reached, is outright immoral.

There are affiliate programs out here that really consider their affiliates to be total suckers!

Hey guys!
Both of you are pointing important stuff but I can 100% agree with that.
I know both sides as a manager and as an affiliate.

From one side the affiliate want to make money and to get paid fast.
On the other hand, the company needs to make sure the affiliate is legit and profitable for the company.

Now, after that being said.
We did some changes in our affiliate program.
I will post it in a separate comment.
