You can also off-page prompt your product for increases buyer from outside of ebay.
Make sure the items you are selling are Easy to ship, Popular, Convenient to sell online.
When making your listing Choose Your Words Wisely, be honest, make it look professional.
Take good pictures, Set the Right Price, Choose Start and End Times Wisely.
Be Clear about Your return and shipping Policies.
Ship Smartly, and Don’t Inflate the Cost.
Practice Good Customer Service.

First of all, you need to make sure you have a great feedback score in order to appear amongst the first in the eBay search. One suggestion would be to buy a lot of cheap items and sell them for the cheapest price you can - not to make a profit but to provide the best customer service you can and boost your feedback score quickly.
Regarding listings, there are a lot of integrations (apps) you can use that provide listing templates. Those include cross-promotional categories, which will keep the buyer within your products and will elevate the chance that he/she will buy the next product from you too.
Send automated but personalized thank you emails to each buyer (where you can also include featured items, social media links, etc) and feedback reminders. If you include a full product & your policy descriptions and send out your items on time, there is no reason you shouldn't be receiving a positive feedback so ask everyone for one. Do so by expressing care and asking if everything is okay before they have a chance to say something is wrong, in which case, you are already offering help!
There are so many tips I can add, but I guess I'll start with these.

Sorry, I shared tips for generating sales and creating a professional appearance with customer service! I was tempted to suggest a service I use for that, but didn't - I was aware it would seem like a promotion.
No, let's get this straight. You were talking about your own site/service/platform which is nothing other than self promoting.

Yes, I do this, many buyers when searching will filter by listings with free shipping. Many people also believe it helps with search rankings in general. The biggest factor in search ranking is title and price but I also find having more images than my competition helps.
If you have a good product ebay is easy, just be as clear as you can about the product you are selling and always do what you say you're going to do in terms of dispatch times, shipping method etc.
