TLDR below
I'm working on a strategy at the moment using the classic porn upload/watermark method except I'm building the software to do it on a massive automated scale. I know some of you will say it's a waste of time, but I did a lot of research and I've seen that some people who are doing this have had massive traffic growth in a short space of time. I've also seen a lot of watermark domains are down which suggests to me they hit some legal problems down the line.
The issue is that I want to remove as much risk as possible associated with being sued for copyright infringement. I read in another post of reports of companies specifically set up to pursue copyright infringement on these tube sites. I know in reality I could just be a bit paranoid, but really I think if you can avoid risk why not do it? Plus since I'm going to do it on quite a large scale my risk significantly increases.
At first, I was planning to monetize using Crak Revenue CPS offers that are relevant to the niches my videos will be in.
These are the steps I was planning to put in place to reduce the chance of being sued:
1. Register a lot of domains for my watermarks, so no one domain gets too big
2. Automatically detect videos that are already watermarked and discard them for uploading (this is technically challenging and could be cost inefficient so I want to avoid this if possible)
3. Stick to amateur videos
4. Use tor network/proxies/temp email addresses for uploading
There are 3 angles that I can think of that somebody could subpoena me:
1. They subpoena the domain registrar
2. They subpoena CrakRevenue (since they'll see the link I redirect to from my domains)
3. They subpoena the company providing my affiliate income, who refer them back to CrakRevenue.
Number 1 is probably fine since I can just register domains using prepaid cards, or an anonymous service.
Number 2 and 3 are the bigger issues since I need to receive payments from CrakRevenue. After reading around a little bit I've pretty much come to the conclusion that it's impossible to receive fiat money anonymously and crypto isn't an option. So I guess what I'm aiming for is to make it such a pain in the arse to discover who I am that it's not worth anybody's time doing it, since no single one of my domains will be big enough to warrant the effort.
I have 0 experience in this field so I'm not sure how to achieve this. Offshore accounts seem like they're reserved for high income people, or they're scams... Paypal isn't an option. I could try doing something like setting up an online bank account with KYC documents purchased from the darknet, send checks to a random address, and set up mail redirect to send it to a PO box (not even sure if that's possible)... but maybe that's a bit over the top and I'm probably committing more serious crimes doing it
plus ultimately I think it will end up being more difficult to set up that implementing this entire strategy.
So I'm pretty much stumped. Any advice would be really appreciated?

I'm definitely fine with paying tax, it's just to avoid any copyright infringement issues. And yeah I know I'm probably overthinking this but you can never be too careful
