My OGAds Application Denied!

can you tell me how you applied for OGads (Procedure) and sorry for asking too much questions i am new to this

I just applied. I don't remember. I might have lied on my app, I don't know. Apparently they don't check if I did.

I'm not impressed with them either. I've had a request to use an offer pending for a few weeks. My manager, or handler, whatever.....sent an email in all caps. I WANT TO APPROVE YOU FOR THIS BLAB BLAH BLAH BLAH. REPLY SO I CAN APPROVE YOU. I replied 2 weeks ago and it''s still pending. Haven't made a cent with them. Got about 20 offers available to me. Each one is 1AM Infomercial quality.
