Just use powerpoint and edit it there to be aesthetically pleasing. After that find a converter tool that can convert a powerpoint presentation to a video. That's is the easiest method to imitate that video sample.

Just create the video on PowerPoint and save it as window media video(check the save option). There's is no need for extra tool to convert it into a video

I like Active Presenter better than Powerpoint. More features aside from slides, eg: screen recorder, voice recorder, interactions, software simulation, etc.

I downloaded it from softasm but site is now suspended. Try searching for version 7.xx from other sites.

Search also for Tanida Demo Builder. I haven't tried it yet but it looks good from youtube videos.

PowerPoint and screen capture is the easiest option for you I think. Here is a quick guide - www.movavi.com/support/how-to/how-to-do-screen-capture-on-windows7.html , I think that you'd be able to figure things out. Well, using a converter is also a nice option but it might be hard to find a proper software. BTW there are some good PP analogs like Active Presenter that was mentioned earlier but I myself use PP because I just got used to it.

I'm not sure how it will be done but yes I'm sure this can be done as other peoples are also doing.
