Xrumer vs. SEO Link Pro: real life differences and reviews please?

ok, seems people dont understand xrumers power and that you can use it in white/greyhat methods that wont get your site banned anytime soon, xrumer spams forums, blogs, guestbooks, wikis, pligg sites and can be trained to spam many many MANY more, ontop of that you can hook it to various captcha breaker services to handle breaking recaptcha's for you instead of losing those sites

SLP is nice because it drops backlinks mostly in invisible places so it doesn't hurt other webmasters much.

SEnuke is in my opinion rather wh/gh tool. It is nice, but would be excellent with 2-3x more web 2.0 properties and social bookmarking sites included.

I highly disagree with this information. I know that xrumer has its issues because it is so powerful it is easy to overdo the link building and get flagged by google for too high a link velocity. While link velocity will never be an issue with SLP as you can set the number of links.

While the ability to set number of links in SLP will mean you don't get flagged as link bombing or anything similar it does post to some very dodgy heavily spammed sites and uses very questionable tactics to get teh links such as referer spamming, guestbook spam and shoutbox spam. These techniques have been done to death and will do little more than give your site a bad reputation.

Also the Autopligg aspect of the app is nice but sadly pligg sites have also been spammed to death since the original autopligg came out.

All in all they are both very different softwares and you need to ask yourself whether either will get you what you want. I would imagine in most cases x-rumer is best as it is a powerful tool and if used right will result in good results, SLP will probably however not result in much of a difference at all, only time will tell for sure though.

i meant by forum spamming, you get a tonne of complaints, although i dont think forum spamming is illegal yet, its a very grey area and your host will not be happy

I have SEO Link Pro and from what I can tell you is that it is still in early stages of development. I think it will eventually becomes a great tool but wait until later version. If you are looking to get links now, buy auto-pligg or xrumer. If you can wait, than go for SLP.

Yes you're right is it possible to learn xrumer to do that. As for hosting, I'm using usual hosting accounts and usual windows server and I've never got any problems too.

Overnight? don't give me any hype now, but are you really seeing results with it that quickly?

Are you seeing backlinks increase that much or traffic? or both?

Can you link to white hat sites with it?

From what some of the other members were saying, it doesnt' just post to forums, it also can do many other types sites.

Anybody have a list of all the different types of sites Xrumer can post to?
Does it have a sales page?

So I did 2 weeks ago and at that time our site was at no.6. Two weeks later we are at no.2 and still holding at that position.

I would recommend xrumer but you have to know what you are doing. I had my links posted to high PR sites, only as registration with back link or anchor text to our site which helped a lot.

I don't own xrumer, thinking of buying it though. I just bought two more packages for two white hat sites. One site is ranked at 140 the other at 75, so I will see what will happen.

I heard as well that learning curve is not easy with xrumer but you can get an idea how to use here as well as do some research online. So far I am sticking with services here as they are pretty good.

i'm just confused about the social bookmarking shit.. some people say that senuke sucks for it, and they use bookmarking demon but then a lot of people say bookmarking demon sucks. that's where i'm confused.
