They'll eventually show up in GWT. But as with any service, the best way to "be sure" that you get what's promised is to look at the service's reviews and the number of repeat orders they receive.

Just re-iterating the safety of this network.For rankings, I only gave OP 4 different anchors to use apart from generic etc. And they only used these anchors once.
KW 1 #NA to #23

KW 4 #90 to #20

Also between #11 and #21 for all 8 of my pillars (that I've done very little link building to) and all of those keywords have around 10k MS. Insanely good results.
