Thanks for the feedback. We'd just add that your links have only been up for 13 days, and it normally can take four weeks or longer to see maximum effect, since we allow Google to index the links naturally instead of submitting them manually (and thereby calling attention to the network).

We also just checked the latest rankings, and see your primary keyword for the first package is actually now at #8 (with a secondary kw at #9).
For the second package, we can't see that you've built any other backlinks to the page (in either Majestic or ahrefs) - if that's the case, the 20 links you purchased from us took two of your four kw from n/a to #59 and #62. And as we say, that's only after 13 days.
