Depends on your methods and how clean your accounts are, also I have seen that engagement could also be a factor. The more engagement you have the less suspicious.

Are you doing it manually or using a bot? I have found that the limits increase a lot when doing it manually

Update: following 20-40 people a time every 20-45 minutes with a 50-100 seconds interval between each individual follow action.

Max: 60/HR
500/day
7500/week

2.5 months of testing, so far not a single ban/warning.

Using residential proxy (my home IP)

Will update after another mo th.

Since no one else is doing it, I'll take initiative to start sharing the instagram limits within the safe numbers and maybe I will update it personally based on my own observations, mirroring my [current] settings. I'll continue with this if others join in. If I see no interest I'll just ditch it.

The current limits for:

Liking: 100/hour, 450/day, 3000/week (warm up for 2 weeks - 20/hour, 120/day, 1000/week)

• 20-50 likes every 10-20 minutes. 200-400 seconds interval between each action

Commenting (multiple comments, NOT JUST ONE SAME COMMENT): 200/hour, 800/day, 7000/week (warm up for 3-5 weeks - 60/hour, 175/day, 2000/week)

• 40-60 comments every 5-20 minutes, 200-400 seconds interval between each action
• 20-40 comments every 20-40 minutes, 500-700 seconds interval between each action (warm up)

Following: 25/hour, 500/day, 7500/week (warm up for 2-5 weeks - 5/hour, 150/day, 2500/week)

• 5-10 follows every 10-20 minutes, 60-90 seconds interval between each action
• 2-7 follows every 35-50 minutes, 120-360 seconds interval between each action

Unfollowing: 20/hour, 500/day, 7500/week.

• 30-40 unfollows every 50-60 minutes, 2-5 seconds between each action (not too sure, haven't fully tested yet)

I def follow 600 a day on an aged account and find that restrictions are imposed on commenting and DM's if I dont post content.
Does anyone else get these restrictions on DM's and Commenting?

umm i give a big range for daily follow limits 700-900
also for DMs i think i play safe and do 20 a day
i got suspended for 30-40 a day but maybe i was going too fast hehe

Are you posting content each day that you DM?

These numbers make no sense, I run various accounts with 900 follows a day and had no problem for at least 2 years.

How often are you posting content?

UPDATE: comment + like function gets nerfed after a day. Trying a more conservative approach.

New settings: Comment + Like (combined function) - 200/hour, 500/day, 7500/week

60-100 actions per operation, 170-240 seconds between each L+C action, 30-50 minutes interval.

I followed approx 1000 users with newly created account and got pva when tried to go more than 1200 follows. Used my cellular ip.

Likes is 300 an hour for me, if I go past that I will be temporary blocked.
Although I am able to do 1300-1500 a day consistently with no problem, been doing it for a month.

These are all generally safe, but you can do quite a bit higher if you are smart.

I also think there is another thing people aren't looking at.

Instagram will ban you temporarily if you are pulling up too much account info, making too many requests per server. "you are doing that to much try again in a few minutes blah blah blah"
