My game rejected for copyright content!!

hi
my ilegal game was ranked so fast (+1k installs/day) for two weeks ago
and this morning i receive a reject from other TabTale's, but the real company of the game in fact is for other company,
how they can take permission to use copyright ?
is there any way that can republish my game ?

so you're using a cartoon character inside your game, actually you have to proof to google that you have rights to do that .

there is another trick which is change that character alittle bit , colors , form , by that you can avoid problems if you don't have rights.

You do know what "copyright" is? I suggest you google that. If somebody created a cartoon character, he has the copyright for it, no matter what or when it is used! You can't use it inside a game, or a movie, you can't use it's image, name or anything that matches that character, without the permission of the copyright owner. There is no real way out of this for you, except finding a way to work together with someone who will allow you to use their cartoon characters in your game, or to make your own. The more money you'll make with this, the bigger the lawsuit the company can file against you for copyright infringement. Try to respect other people's work instead of trying to steal it.

What you did is called SPAM,you have no right to use copyrighted items, you can avoid that by changing the character a bit, avoid using it's name in listing title you might do that by adding a disclaimer saying that it has nothing to do with the character you are targeting in order to target the keyword in your description, as I've seen others do it and it seems working for them.
A competitor of your game may be the one who flagged yours, these sick people exist, believe me, or it could be google detected the copyright violation..
Another thing your game will never be unsuspended by google, you should submit another with a different package name.
