They sent me an email on the 28th (the weekend) for an ownership problem (DMCA free / offshore hosting? My ass) - and suspended my account less then 18 hours after notification.

I have no backup, no database, no access to my sites and the support tell me there is no solution but to open a ticket to recieve a backup.
