first of all, a big fat thank you!
I just started reading some of the threads here and cant get enough of how much and how awesome all the stuff here is.
also I really enjoy the community aspect here. altough many of members here may do some blackhat stuff, it seems like they come here to chat with friends, search and give out valuable info, like one nice big family. Some real gents among thieves

experience:
For the past 2 years I've been manufacturing physical products in Asia, branding it, importing to Europe and then selling them locally and globally through wholesale, e-comm and SMM.
While the ROI is great (2x-10x), it takes a long time to get the return and it brings a great amount of overhead.
To deal with manufacturers, customs, warehouse renting and management, assistants cooridination, shipping carriers, customer support...etc, so I started to look around and figured that I would like to try out AM.

diving into it:
I already started using some white hat methods from here to boost my social media accounts, but would like to do more AM on the side.
for starters I am trying out print on demand sites as I can fit it into my current niche and also use my previous experience with FB ads.
So far, the biggest problem for me is to stick with one thing, it all just seems so appealing that I find a new interesting idea everyday.
what are your hacks to stay in with only one project?

Interesting that you go from that to doing POD. Meanwhile I am going to opposite direction. I try to own my own stock and more offline

I am not quiting my business at all, just want to have some side project.

I actually encourage you go do that, it can be really rewarding.

Anyways, welcome on board OP. I'd say beware of information overload and use the advice a great member of this forum gave me:

"Make a top five list of methods/projects you want. Make a folder on your desktop for each one, and a sixth empty folder called "backburner". Focus on those five projects. Give yourself three months. After three months, take the three projects that either are looking like they aren't going to pan out, or that you have the least interest in/spent the least amount of time on, and put them in the backburner folder. Don't think about them, don't touch them, until you are happy with the status of the first two."
